Career Element is about changing the way people see things,
shifting attitudes and creating recognition.

Career Element was born in July 2008 after-hours in an empty classroom at Stanford with some great ideas, a commitment to persevere and a ton of energy! Over a year later, our company has grown steadily from a small handful that believed in our ideas, to a powerful team of technology & creative partners. Constantly evolving and ever building, the momentum has never stopped. And we’ve only just begun.

We believe that a career is only one of many elements of your individuality, that your job shouldn't define you and that it takes knowledge, passion, endurance...and connections to find more than just a job. At our core is a cutting edge strategic team that's focused on creative problem solving - with a goal to make it easy for you to navigate your career as you build a network to support your search.

We consistently innovate.

The incredible Dev team at Career Element crafted a vast combination of original code to bring our ideas to life. And we're constantly challenging them for more buzzworthy elements to make our users more well connected to the job market and to give our company partners access to the richest talent to stock their talent pipeline.

Enabling growth.

As a motley-crue of scrappy start-up believers we have been building tools to help ourselves get things done. And done better. And want to bring our experiences to you. Whether it’s sharing a job lead, providing tips from expert Human Resource executives and Recruiters or developing tools to help you make connections, we are committed to helping our user community thrive.

The 'Elementals'.

Our leadership is a shy bunch, big brains from Cal, Stanford and MIT all content to sit behind the scenes and make things happen. They aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and find ways to keep us engaged, excited and motivated to continue to use our experiences as independent small business owners, employees from top Silicon Valley technology companies and global enterprises to redefine career-building.
